My request has been accepted and I can see the next step is to 'Confirm booking' but how do I do this? there isn't a field to move to that step or do I wait for the rental agent to make contact for that?

If the rental company has accepted your request you will have received an email from Transfercar letting you know who has accepted your request and what to do from here. Many rental companies will just let you know via email that your vehicle has been booked in while others may want you to call.
