| Cancellation policy |
Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.

Nice 2008 4WD Subaru Legacy wagon should make for a pleasant trip. The first four days are free and then additional days are available at $45 a day (with unlimited km then included). There is no hurry to get this to Christchurch so dates extending beyond 2 May are also possible. Affordable Car Rentals NZ Ltd standard contract must be signed and scanned/fax or photo backed to us before the trip begins. Credit card (not debt) is essential for security. |
