Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.

pick the camper up from our our agent ON THE in AUCKLAND FROM OUR NORTH SHORE DEPOT OR SO OUR CHRICTCHURCH BRANCH is in wood end so you will have to get your self there the camper will have cooking gear and bedding take FROM north Auckland we do not provide free shuttle for transfers sorry we will pay for one person and the camper to go on the ferry n it is going out on hire so onl click on this link if youi can do it in the time frame allowed this is nota hire its a free transfer and you must work in with our time frame our depot is in north Auckland |
