Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.

collect from Dunedin airport public car park at about 10am on the 20th and drop off to our agent in Queenstown the camper will be coming off a hire so it will have all the cooking gear duvets blankets etc but no clean sheets we will need a credit card and license details prior to pick up you will either collect the camper from the Dunedin airport carpark or meet the client and collect it from them they may want to meet you in the city either way you need to work in with them as they area paid clients and this is a free camper transfer for you so you need to work in with out time frame etc only click on this link if you are able to do this and are sure you can drive a 6 berth manual camper please you need to record the mileage on the clock and text it to us the pick up date has to be the 20th but the drop off date can be a bit flexible if you want to hire it for more days we will give you discount rate of only $100.00asday |
