| Cancellation policy |
Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.

Driver must be 21 years of age or more with a full licence and credit card. Standard excess liability of $4000-5000 INCL GST applies + $250.00 bond held upfront. . Ferry crossing is not included and pax must book and pay for this themselves. Standard terms and conditions do apply. We will confirm the booking within 24 hours weekdays, please note if you request a car over the weekend or public holiday we will reply the next working day. We cannot guarantee a same day collection due to the time the reservation process takes. You will receive a confirmation email from us providing a reservation number and collection details. |
