Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.

ok pick up from our chch branch on the morning of the 25th of jan about say 10 am or when its ready drop off 9am the next day to our picton agent the camper will have been cleaned for hire so you will need you own sleeping bag you can not use the toilet and shower and have to leave it clean for the next hire this is just a free transfer we will pay for the fuel this is nota hire ok itsa free transfer so please do not waste my time clicking on the link unless you under stand this it has to be there on time and the pick up may not be available till say 12 pm depending on how long it takes to turn around the pick up is near wood end |
