Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.

DEBIT CARD can be accepted with a $400 bond which will be released on close. Driver must be 20 years of age or more with a full license and credit/Debit card. All cars comes with the standard cover of between $5000 to $6000 + bond held upfront on credit/debit card which must be in the main drivers name. There is an alternative insurance option available to reduce the excess to Nil, but bond will be still held on your card. Standard terms and conditions do apply. We will confirm the booking within 24 hours weekdays, please note if you request a car over the weekend or public holiday we will reply the next working day. We can not guarantee a same day collection due to the time the reservation process takes. You will receive a confirmation email from us providing a reservation number and collection details. Please be aware that you may get a different vehicle then booked . The driver name needs to be printed on the card |
